Goods are packed in a shipping carton and posted in good conditions. If the shipping carton is found to be damaged upon arrival, you should file claim to your local post office immediately as we shall not be held responsible.
In the event that goods are found to have manufacturing defect or a wrong product was shipped, you should report to our Customer Service at email@example.com within 7 days upon receipt of the goods with two photos (jpeg files) showing the defective or wrong product shipped. We will then choose one of the following course of actions as appropriate:
- request you to ship back the defective parts/body for repair/exchange with the Manufacturer at your own costs. We will then ship the repaired parts/body to you at our own costs. To save shipping costs to both parites, please ship without unnecessary parts and packaging but do protect the parts/body well.
- exchange goods with you (subject to stock availability) and request you to ship back the wrong product at our own costs.
- refund (in HKD) without interest in case above options are not viable.
We will not provide service, not held responsible for any report received after 7 days from the date of receipt.
