For pre-ordering NEW products, please select Online Payment option when checking out the shopping cart to pay directly through your PayPal account in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Shipping will be invoiced after goods arrive when actual shipping weight can be determined. Long-time (loyal) customers are entitled to make payment when goods arrive except for certain products that deposit payment is required. Pre-order can NOT be cancelled once confirmed.
Please note new product release dates are subject to change by the manufacturers without notice. In the event that a new product is cancelled or stock is not available subsequently or the product is found to be mis-priced, we will notify you as soon as possible and your remedy will be either requesting for a full refund without interest or ordering an alternative product of the same value.
For ordering RELEASED products in-stock, please select Offline Payment option when checking out the shopping cart. Our Customer Service will send a confirmation to you via email with payment request or PayPal invoice including applicable shipping fees. You are free to make change at that point. If payment is not received within one week (7 days), then your order may be cancelled without any notice.
Goods will be delivered to the address shown on the order. We will ship your order using any appropriate carrier shown on the Shipping section on our website. If you request insurance coverage and/or would like use a specific carrier, then please email our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org . We shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in shipping.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title of goods are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Goods are packed in a shipping carton and posted in good conditions. If the shipping carton is found to be damaged upon arrival, you should file claim to your local post office immediately as we shall not be held responsible.
In the event that goods are found to have manufacturing defect or a wrong product was shipped, you should report to our Customer Service at email@example.com within 7 days upon receipt of the goods with two photos (jpeg files) showing the defective or wrong product shipped. We will then choose one of the following course of actions as appropriate:
- request you to ship back the defective parts/body for repair/exchange with the Manufacturer at your own costs. We will then ship the repaired parts/body to you at our own costs. To save shipping costs to both parites, please ship without unnecessary parts and packaging but do protect the parts/body well.
- exchange goods with you (subject to stock availability) and request you to ship back the wrong product at our own costs.
- refund (in HKD) without interest in case above options are not viable.
We will not provide service, not held responsible for any report received after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be interpreted, enforced and governed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) of the People’s Republic of China. All disputes arising in connection with the contract shall exclusively be filed in the proper courts of Hong Kong.
